Ale is a type of beer brewed using a warm fermentation method which results in a sweet, fruity, and full-bodied taste.
Kansom’s Abalone and Enoki Golden Ale is a full flavoured ale with a smooth texture. A sweet, full-bodied, fruity taste from the perfect combination of prestigious Australian Wild Caught Blacklip Abalone and Enoki. The Abalone used in our beer is 100% Natural Australian Abalone. Enoki is a thin, long white mushroom which is commonly used across East Asian cuisines including Japan, China, and Korea.

This Craft Beer has an alcohol content of 4.8% and is available in 330ML Cans and Bottles. This smooth Ale is naturally brewed with Water, Malt, Mushrooms (Enoki), Hops, and Blacklip Abalone.

Perfect Food Pairing
A smooth beer that is an excellent addition to cheese and cheese platters, as well as pork and duck dishes. This beer is best served chilled. It pairs excellently with Kansom’s Abalone in Retorted Pouch Natural Blacklip, Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce and Canned Abalone in Seasoning.
