Stout is a darker beer created using roasted malt or roasted barley, hops, water, and yeast, delivering rich and robust flavours. They vary from brown to jet black in colour.


Kansom’s Seared Black Lip and Truffle Stout is a bold, dark, strong and roasted aroma flavour, coming the prestige of Australian Wild Caught Blacklip Abalone and the exquisite taste of Truffles. The Abalone used in our beer is 100% Natural Australian Abalone. Truffles are a type of fungi which are found at the base of trees, with a delicious earthy flavour.

Knaom's Seared Black Lip and Truffle Stout has an alcohol content of 5.8% and is available in 330ML Cans and Bottles. This bold Stout is naturally brewed with Water, Smoked Malts, Midnight Wheat, Oats, Hops, Blacklip Abalone, Truffles.

Perfect Food Pairing


An excellent complement to vegetable dishes and braised meat, this beer is also perfect to be served along chocolate and chocolate based desserts. This beer is best served chilled. It pairs excellently with Kansom’s Abalone in Retorted Pouch Natural Blacklip, Abalone Sweet Chilli Sea Sauce and Canned Abalone in Seasoning with Prosciutto.
