Our products are ready to eat. This means we have already cooked the Abalone to perfection for your convenience. There is no need for extra cooking. Extra cooking will cause loss of flavour, weight, texture and nutrition. 

 

Brine: Simply remove Abalone from Brine, slice and eat cold. Enjoy the taste of premium Australian Wild Caught Abalone. 100% Natural. No Chemicals or Preservatives.

 

Seasoning: To enjoy our delicious Abalone in Seasoning, simply slice Abalone and set aside. Heat sauce in a microwave proof dish. To serve, pour hot sauce over sliced Abalone. Garnish with your favourite vegetables to serve.
