Easter Closure & Delayed Shipping
Our warehouse will be closed from 12PM Wednesday 27th March 2024 and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd April 2024. All orders placed between will be dispatched between 2nd April 2024 - 3rd April 2024. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible during this period.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We charge a flat rate of $10 per order on all order, all around Australia. Free delivery for all orders over $100.

Kansom Australia delivers all around Australia! We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Your Order
An email will be sent to your email address after you have placed an order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until the payment has been processed and received.
Dispatch Times
Your order will be dispatched from Melbourne within 2 business days of the order being placed and processed. A dispatch email will be sent at the time of them email to notify you.

In the unlikely event that any items(s) in an order are subjected to unexpected delays you will be contacted via email or by telephone to advise you of any changes to your order. At this time, you can either wait until the items are back in stock or cancel the items from your order.

We ship all our orders using Australia Post and/or StarTrack. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery of your order from the date on which the order is dispatched. You can use the below times from Australia Post as a guide:

Potential Delays to Tasmania Deliveries
To prevent Abalone Viral Ganglioneuritis (AVG) entering Tasmania, a permit must be obtained from the Tasmanian Government before any abalone products are consigned for shipment. Kansom Australia has special authority that allows us to ship our delicious products to you in Tasmania.

For Tasmania orders, there may be delays during transit to Tasmania to your order due to biosecurity restrictions of Abalone Products by the Tasmania Government during.
Tracking Orders
All orders delivered within Australia will automatically have tracking. You will be able to find your tracking number on your order’s dispatch notification email. If you have not received your order, please get in touch with us by clicking here for assistance in tracking your order.
