This product is ready to eat. This means we have already cooked the Abalone to perfection for your convenience. There is no need for extra cooking. Extra cooking will cause loss of flavour, weight, texture and nutrition. Simply remove Abalone from Brine, slice and eat cold, or microwave Abalone in a covered dish for 10 seconds.
