Our products are made from the real thing, with no added MSG. Our Sea Sauces are made from wild harvested sea products such as Abalone and Scallop. As they are natural, they are full of real flavour and you only need to use a little. Colour and flavour may vary slightly due to natural seasonal changes, and this is a demonstration of their authenticity.
Our Abalone Sea Sauce uses our same great recipe since it’s creation in 1992. With a powerful and bold umami flavour, our Sea Sauce is a delightful finish to any dish. Its power is such that it reduces the need to use salt.
Our Abalone Sweet Chilli Sea Sauce is a smooth sauce with just the right amount of chilli, creating a truly delicious taste and a versatile sauce. A perfect meld of subtle chilli and sweet sauce base, with a long and pleasant after taste.
Our Abalone Mild Chilli Sea Sauce blends together the bold flavour of our Abalone Sea Sauce, and the fervent flavour of chilli for a sauce with a mild chilli kick.
Our Abalone Hot Chilli Sea Sauce is perfectly balanced together. The perfect sauce for all those who enjoy the mouth watering and blazing taste of hot chilli.
Our Scallop Sea Sauce is a bold Sea Sauce that brings out the flavour of scallop, giving seafood dishes a fresher taste. Like all our Sea Sauces it reduces the need to use salt and is a perfect and natural enhancement to any meal.
